Delivery, warranty and returns

1. DELIVERY PROCEDURE
   1. Orders are accepted for processing only after full payment of the order.
   2. Please indicate the delivery address as accurately as possible in the designated fields. Do not forget to provide the courier with the relevant information (door code, office number, etc.). Incorrectly entered address may result in longer delivery time.
   3. When filling in the delivery address, you must include a phone number where the courier can contact the delivery recipients. Incorrectly specified phone number may result in longer delivery time.
   4. At the time of delivery, the courier has the right to ask to show an identity document (passport or ID card) to confirm the identity of the recipient.
2. SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
   1. All orders from Diamond online store are delivered free of charge throughout Latvia.
   2. Scheduled delivery of the order is carried out within 5 working days after payment for the order, but depends on the chosen method of delivery.
   3. All Diamond products are insured and you do not have to worry about delivery security or other risks.
3. RETURN AND REFUND
   1. When entering into a distance contract, i.e. when making a purchase in the Grenardi online store, you may exercise your right of withdrawal from the contract and cancel it unilaterally within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities.
   2. During the exercise of the right of withdrawal, you have the right to try out the goods to see if they meet your needs and wishes, without removing or damaging the price and commission marks. Remember, during the period of the right of withdrawal, you have the right to use the product to the extent necessary to test it (just as you would do before purchasing the product in a regular store).
   3. The right of withdrawal begins as follows: if the product is ordered, from the date the product is delivered to the consumer; if multiple products are ordered in one order and delivered separately, from the date the last of the ordered products is delivered to the consumer; if the product is delivered in multiple batches or parts, from the date the last batch or part of the ordered product is delivered to the consumer.
   4. The application for return of goods is accepted from the moment of filling in the return form, about which you will receive a confirmation to the e-mail specified by you.
   5. Return the item within 14 days to the Diamond Shop or by mail (SIA MDM Capital, Smilšu iela 3, Dimants LV-1050). Pack the goods securely before shipment. We recommend using goods insurance and tracking service. SIA MDM Capital is not responsible for any losses or disasters in transit and does not cover the costs of return postage, which remain the responsibility of the buyer.
   6. If we have not received your canceled item within 14 days of your cancellation request, your cancellation request will be canceled.
   7. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will be liable for any use of the goods beyond that for which the goods were intended for inspection, for any use of the goods during the exercise of the right of withdrawal inconsistent with good faith, and for any diminution in the value, quality or safety of the goods.
   8. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, Dimants Online Shop is obliged to refund the money to the same bank account from which you paid for the goods in question as soon as possible, but no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we received the returned goods and verified their satisfactory quality.
   9. If the goods are returned, delivery charges will not be refunded.
4. RULES OF USE OF JEWELRY
   1. Jewelry should be removed whenever there is any possibility of mechanical, thermal or chemical damage, including: when cleaning, washing dishes or doing other household chores; washing hands, taking a shower or bath; using cosmetics, perfumes or medicines; going to bed; playing sports; visiting a sauna, solarium or bathhouse; sunbathing or swimming.
   2. Warning::
      1. Wearing blown jewelry under tight or heavy clothing may cause it to become deformed;
      2. wearing heavy, oversized pendants on blown and serpentine chains may cause them to change shape or break;
      3. mechanical damage or scratches may occur when wearing several pieces of jewelry close together;
      4. brushing with toothpaste, sand or other abrasive materials can cause wear and tear on jewelry;
      5. unintentional or intentional mechanical damage to the surface (scratches, dents, deformations, etc.), exposure to chemicals or polishing (in the case of matte, oxidized or rhodium-plated jewelry) may cause wear of the decorative surface;
      6. the possibility of chemical and thermal damage to jewelry when worn with rubber, leather, silicone, enamel or metal-ceramics, as well as when used in a bath, sauna or solarium.
   3. When choosing jewelry with natural stones it is necessary to:
      1. store them in closed caskets, protecting them from direct sunlight, as many stones may lose their characteristic hue when exposed to light;
      2. do not allow mechanical damage to clasps with stones, because if the clasp is pinched or knocked off, the stone may shift and fall out;
      3. clean natural stones, pearls and coral only by a jeweler. It should be remembered that the conditions of wearing and storage of jewelry affect its durability, for example, aging is accelerated by drying and mechanical damage, and cracks may appear in case of sharp temperature changes.
   4. WARRANTY CONDITIONS
      1. Claims on the quality of the goods are considered only upon presentation of the document confirming the purchase.
      2. The period of claiming the quality of jewelry is 2 years from the date of purchase.
      3. Jewelry with gemstones and corrected jewelry are not subject to change, except in the case of a hidden manufacturing defect that cannot be eliminated by repair.

      5. Rhodium-plated and gold-plated jewelry may be subject to natural wear and tear, which is not a defect and is not covered under the terms of the product warranty.
      6. Warranty repair of jewelry is carried out by a service jeweler of MDM Capital LLC.
      7. Warranty repair of branded goods is performed by the manufacturer.
      8. Warranty repair is not performed if:
         1. the product was unauthorizedly damaged;
         2. the terms of warranty, operation and care of the jewelry were not observed;
         3. the jewelry was repaired or its original design was changed by a craftsman who is not a service jeweler of MDM Capital LLC.
